Geometry Rush is a free-to-play online HTML5 game that provides:

• User account creation and management
• Score tracking and leaderboards

Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing:

• A unique gamer tag/username

Geometry Rush and all its content, including but not limited to:

• Game design, graphics, and artwork
• Source code and software
• Audio, music, and sound effects
• Text, logos, and trademarks
• Game mechanics and features

Are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal entertainment purposes only.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, but by using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your gamer tag and scores for leaderboard and promotional purposes.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Service Availability
